Professional Cuddle Therapy offers a nurturing, fully clothed, and entirely platonic space where you can relax, reconnect, and experience the comfort of being cared for through safe, therapeutic touch.
Many people seek cuddle therapy because they're experiencing loneliness or isolation, anxiety or chronic stress, burnout, grief or loss, touch deprivation, major life transitions, or desire for safe, nurturing human connection. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from feeling genuinely cared for.
In a nutshell, Cuddle Therapy is a gentle, consent-based practice that provides the comfort of safe human connection through professional, platonic touch. In a calm, fully clothed setting, you'll be invited to slow down, relax, and experience the simple reassurance of being cared for with kindness, respect, and compassion.
THE SCIENCE BEHIND SAFE HUMAN CONNECTION
Decades of research show measurable shifts in the nervous system, hormones, and mood.
Often called the “bonding hormone,” oxytocin is released by the hypothalamus during hugging, cuddling, and other affectionate touch. It's linked to increased trust, reduced anxiety, and a stronger sense of closeness between people.
Regular affectionate touch is associated with lower resting heart rate and blood pressure. Over time, this can ease the physical strain that chronic stress places on the cardiovascular system.
Consensual touch lowers cortisol, the body's primary stress hormone. Because chronic high cortisol suppresses immune function, keeping it in check is linked to better resistance to everyday illness.
Touch activates the parasympathetic nervous system — the body's “rest and digest” mode. This shift out of fight-or-flight supports deeper relaxation and more restorative sleep.
MEET LUNA
Touch has always represented comfort, safety, and genuine connection in my life.
As a child, my parents worked hard, so bedtime became our special time together. My mother would comfort me with gentle, nurturing touch, while my father shared stories that helped me feel calm and secure. Those quiet rituals taught me that feeling safely held can have a lasting impact on our sense of well-being.
I believe that same feeling of comfort, safety, and human connection is something everyone deserves to experience.
Touch was my first language for connection and now I want to share it with you.

CUDDLE POSITIONS
Every position is optional, fully clothed, entirely platonic, and chosen together. Think of these as different ways to experience comfort, support, and relaxation. Browse ahead of your session so nothing is a surprise — then choose only what feels right on the day.
Chest to chest, one hand resting at the upper back. Breathing slows and syncs — often the first position new clients ask to stay in.
Curled in close with blankets and cushions built around you. A grounded, enclosed shape for anyone who feels safest tucked in.
Head resting on the lap, with slow, steady contact at the crown or shoulder. Deeply calming for a busy, overworked mind.
Side by side, facing each other, one arm draped across. Companionable and easy — good for conversation or comfortable silence.
The most requested shape. Nested back-to-front with a blanket, fully clothed, with a pillow barrier available at any time.
Held across the chest and arm, supported from below. A nurturing, restorative position for release and deep rest.
Side by side with both arms folded in and hands linked. A contained, secure shape when you want to feel gathered rather than exposed.
Head settled on the chest, listening to a steady heartbeat. One of the quickest routes to a slower breath and a quieter mind.
An upright, easy lean into the shoulder with an arm around the back. Ideal for talking, laughing, or easing into contact slowly.
Reclined with knees drawn up and legs gently draped across. Comfortable, grounded, and easy to hold for a long stretch.
Fully stretched out side by side under a blanket. The most restful shape for longer sessions and nap-like stillness.
Tucked into the side with a hand resting at the crown. Sheltering and protective — a favourite for anyone carrying a hard week.
You choose what we try, we check in throughout, and any position can be changed or stopped at any moment — no explanation needed.
