These terms apply when you book a session with Luna Cuddles, visit lunacuddles.com, or sign up to receive text messages from us. Last updated September 17, 2026.

Our services

• Luna Cuddles provides professional, platonic touch therapy (cuddle therapy) sessions. Sessions are strictly non-sexual, and all clients agree to the Code of Conduct before booking.
• Sessions are booked through our online booking platform (Bookme), by phone, or by text.
• Services are available to adults 18 years of age or older only.

Booking, rescheduling, and cancellations

• A session is confirmed once booked and, where applicable, any required deposit or payment is received.
• Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel — advance notice helps us keep appointments available for everyone.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future sessions.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

By providing your phone number when booking a session — by phone, text, or through our online booking platform — you agree to receive text messages from Luna Cuddles related to your appointments and, occasionally, service announcements.

• Message frequency varies based on your bookings and our communications with you.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at LunaCuddles0@gmail.com.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Code of conduct

All sessions are governed by our Code of Conduct, which every client agrees to before booking. Sessions are non-sexual, consent-based, and may be ended at any time by either party if boundaries are not respected.

Payments

Payment is due as arranged at the time of booking through our booking platform or directly with us. Pricing for services is listed on our Services page and is subject to change.

Limitation of liability

Luna Cuddles provides platonic touch therapy as a wellness and companionship service, not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Our services do not replace professional medical or mental health care. By booking a session, you acknowledge this and agree that Luna Cuddles is not liable for outcomes beyond providing the session as described.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable requirements. The current version will always be posted at this page.
